We are looking for a talented Sales Director for our LS First software to join the team.

This person needs to be an accomplished sales leader with a proven track record of driving complex digital transformation using ERP solutions in large, enterprise accounts. They will work to develop and implement strategies to identify prospects for each assigned geographical territory.

Main assignments (include, but are not limited to the following):

  • Execute plans to expand LS First into Global Reach focusing on target markets and plans for future expansion
  • Develop and maintain customer account plans for all the accounts in each designated territory
  • Actively work to understand customer business challenges, requirements, strategic growth objectives, and industry trends, in order to advise business-value-outcome-based solutions
  • Foster nurturing relationships with customers and build a global sales team
  • Develop plans on how sales/accounts will be managed globally
  • Strengthen Microsoft and other strategic partner relations  for current/future growth

Requirements:

  • 5- 7 years of relevant working experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Proven team leadership and sales organization development abilities
  • Proven record of sales success in a similar software application business
  • Experience in solution sales for ERP or similar business applications
  • Experience selling software-as-a-service, or cloud-based ERP business applications, to enterprise customers
  • Experience with Microsoft enterprise
  • Understanding of Microsoft licensing structure and opportunities for savings initiatives
  • Ability to sell both an application and deployment of a platform
  • Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • The candidate must be organized and analytical
