Partner Recruitment Manager

Be part of a global team attracting and recruiting new partners to LS Retail's channel. This position will include various tasks from business planning to managing stakeholders critical to our growth.

We are seeking a Partner Recruitment Manager who will help activate and expand LS Retail‘s partner channel. The main responsibility of this position is to attract and recruit partners to LS Retail‘s channel in alignment with company goals.

 Main assignments:

  • Implement the company‘s channel strategy in cooperation with Channel Development Team Lead and COO
  • Proactively find and attract partners and grow the channel
  • Recruit and activate new partners as part of the Business Management team
  • Business Planning with new partners in cooperation with Channel Development Team Lead


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or other related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in business strategy, channel management, sales management or similar
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English; working knowledge of Spanish, German or French is an advantage
  • Be a team player, who can also work independently
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement
