How we hire
The goal of our recruitment process is to ensure we're the right fit for each other. The number and type of interviews may vary depending on the role you're applying for. Your recruiter will let you know exactly what to expect. Here are the typical steps of the process:
1. Resumé review
2. Interview with HR
3. Interview with manager
4. Skills test
5. Final interview
Our interviews take place via phone, Teams, or in person. Emails from our recruiters will always originate from @lsretail.com or @message.teamtailor.com email addresses. Please be cautious of scams where individuals falsely claim to be LS Retail recruiters. We never ask for payment or financial details during the application process.
