Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of retail solution projects along with the satisfaction of customers as it relates to professional services.

To keep driving success, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering retail solution projects and ensuring customer satisfaction with our professional services.
Main assignments:
- Manage the delivery of consulting projects involving the implementation of LS Retail's products and services
- Track project progress, monitor deliverables, costs, timing, and change requests
- Responsible for invoicing of services and expenses on projects
- Work with consulting management to prepare proposals for consulting services
- Work with consulting management to manage resource allocation and staffing on projects
- Participate in developing value-added tools (methodologies, processes, templates, documentation) that enhance repeatability and, in doing so, improve efficiency, consistency and quality of delivery/execution
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term value
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 8-10 years of experience, ideally within a consulting or IT environment
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and successfully delivering multiple complex projects in parallel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Strong planning and organizational skills; able to anticipate and adapt to changing circumstances
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus)
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization and coordinating across multiple time zones
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
