LS Retail is looking for a Business Central SaaS Specialist to join our growing team. This person will help our partners and customers make the most of Business Central in the cloud. You’ll guide them through setup, performance and best practices, making their transition to SaaS simple, effective and future-ready.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a member of the Cloud Acceleration Program (CAP) Team, supporting partners in their transition to and ongoing use of LS Central SaaS.
• Contribute to the continuous development of LS Central as the leading retail and hospitality solution in the SaaS space.
• Onboard and mentor partners as they begin their cloud transformation journey.
• Investigate and resolve performance-related issues for customers.
• Help shape LS Central into a solution that is easy to implement, adopt, and operate.
• Enhance documentation, training materials, and presentations for LS Central

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/BE) required
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft Business Central technical ecosystem.
• Basic programming skills in AL for Business Central
• Telemetry experience preferable
• Familiarity with SaaS and/or Azure environments
• Experience working with partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
