We are seeking a service-minded and detail-oriented candidate to manage the lifecycle of software licenses sold globally by LS Retail. This includes handling orders, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with Microsoft Licensing Guide updates, and maintaining accurate Partner related and internal documentation.

With the guidance of our expert team, you will gain valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in software licensing and services, particularly in the Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, all within a collaborative and supportive work environment.

This position is based at our office in Iceland.

Main assignments:

• Perform price calculations for partners and customers
• Manage software license orders, renewals, and cancellations
• Handle licensing-related tasks with Microsoft
• Provide general support to the LS Retail sales team
• Offer licensing business support to LS Retail partners

Qualifications:

• BSc in business administration, or extensive work experience using Microsoft Dynamics ERP
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central
• Proficient skills in Excel
• Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken
• Service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Keen eye for details, comfort with numbers
• Bookkeeping experience is not required but is considered an advantage
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexible with an ability to work under pressure
