Join our innovative software company and shape the future of LS Retail! We're looking for a passionate and successful Sales Executive to join our Sales team.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth for LS Retail solutions. This role is critical in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and highly skilled at building lasting client relationships, with experience in retail or ERP software solutions (LS Central / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is a plus).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients across target markets.
Full Sales Cycle Management: Own and manage opportunities from initial contact through to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture direct relationships with clients. Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams including Development and Consulting. Create and sustain strategic partnerships with ISVs (Independent Software Vendors).
Product Expertise: Become proficient in LS Express and LS Central. Deliver value propositions clearly to clients.
Sales Coordination: Collaborate with marketing to align efforts and optimize lead conversion. Accurately manage opportunities and client data in CRM. Maintain consistent sales forecasting and pipeline reporting. Negotiation &
Engagement: Lead contract negotiations and deal structuring. Drive customer engagement through regular touchpoints and feedback loops. Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and partner engagements.

Qualifications:
• 3 years of enterprise sales experience
• Experience with LS Central or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central strongly preferred
• Proven track record in software or SaaS sales, ideally within retail or ERP environments
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting
